This new printer has performed better than my expectation and the resolution along with the accurate pantone color matching has made this the best investment I’ve made into a color unit. The 1200×1200 dpi is the best Ive seen since the xerox phaser 7 thousand line. The on board rip has true postscript interpretation (which is preferable to emulation) making the thinnest lines from illustrator and type super crisp and clear. The pantone accuracy is also impressive. I have only had this printer a week now but so far this is an amazing machine. The speed is faster than the canon 4080i and duplexer lines up with crop marks perfectly every time.
